World Autism Day calls on us to light up communities in bright colours and celebrate autism. McCrae Lighthouse shines bright in rainbow colours at this annual event to celebrate the spectrum of autism and people with autism in our Mornington Peninsula community.
Our foundation’s supporters lend their talent and enthusiasm to this annual event.

This year talented local singer Maddison Bailey, who has Asperger’s Syndrome brought tears to our eyes as she sang True colours as the light house was illuminated.

Dromana SES’s fire engine, Bendigo Bank mascot, and McCrae Lions hosted sausage sizzle added to the fun with face painting and jumping castles for the kid. Over 300 community members joined is to celebrate World Autism day as we fostered understanding and greater care in our community. Thank you to all who joined us.
